How is the Rugerio Family? AWESOME!!! They’re gonna get baptized, Hugo and Rubi! They come to church each week and are killing it.
Did Hector get baptized on Saturday? Hector and Irma didn’t get baptized but they will get baptized this next transfer! I know that they will.
When does the new president come? July 1 was when Grandpa started in Chicago. He comes on Friday I think! I’m stoked but bummed.
I’m stoked to have changed areas; it’s gonna be way hard but super fun!
I talked with Irma and Hector and they told me that I changed their lives but I testified that they changed their lives through the atonement of Jesus Christ. It was awesome! Hector said, “You may not have baptized us, but you did so much more for us and we will be baptized.” SOOOOOOO awesome. I love life and I’m happy!
Love ya lots,

My new area is awesomeeeeeeee! I’m in the Chinampas branch way up in the mountains. During the earthquake a year ago, this place was destroyed and it’s still pretty wrecked (look up San Gregorio September 19), but the Casa de Oracion is gonna be fixed in a month!!!!!!!! It’s a house that we go to church in.
It’s huge. We took a bus into the mountains for 2 hours just passing a lot of pueblos. Everyone is so poor and so humble! We found a family that moved here from Chiapas(South Mexico) about 3 weeks ago and they’re all awesome! They have nothing like literally nothing. They have a room about the size of the toy room and they have 5 blankets and a stove. No chairs, no beds, no tables. They are super humble and have baptismal dates for July and August (because some need to get married and it costs like 75 dollars). We’re visiting them today!
We found another family way up in the mountains (looks like the hobbit trail but there’s a pueblo every 3 miles on the trail). They’re awesome. It’s a family of 6 and they all seem way interested. We’re gonna visit them tomorrow!
Today we played soccer with 6 other missionaries and I am soooo tired haha. I am actually getting pretty good though.
It sucked to say goodbye to President Mecham and I cried a lot when I hugged him and Hermana Mecham for the last time. I felt like a fool cuz half the mission was watching but I really love them so much. We are gonna meet Prez Casillas tomorrow! He is so young and short, hahah.
I just get more and more humbled each day. I see how blessed I am and how awesome the family is. I love you guys so much!
I am soooooo happy and I love ya guys lots!

Hey guys haven’t written in a good long while but I am chillin and I got a new area last week that is the biggest area in the mission. I am soooo stoked to be here! It’s awesome and has so much potential! We are gonna work way hard and baptize like crazy here! We are teaching a lot of poor people. Everyone here is way poor. AND THEY STILL GIVE US FOOD EVERYTIME. I feel so bad because Mexicans are so nice and will always try to give you all their earthly possessions. I love them so much and I love being a missionary! It’s the best 2 years. I am happy every day!
I love you guys y sigan seiendo chidos!
